The Yibaling three phase high-power voltage regulator is a high-power contact-type electric voltage regulator, which is a modern industrial power equipment designed to comprehensively upgrade traditional induction-type voltage regulators. It adopts advanced precision ring-shaped windings and servo electric regulation technology. Through the control system, the carbon brushes are driven to perform high-precision positioning on the winding surface, achieving smooth and continuous high-power voltage regulation.

The three-phase high-power voltage regulator uses thick copper bars/copper tubes as windings with high conductivity and low-loss cores. The self-loss of the three-phase high-power voltage regulator is much lower than that of induction type, and the overall operating efficiency is higher with less heat generation.
At the same time, the output voltage waveform of the three-phase high-power voltage regulator is a pure sine wave without additional distortion, with a very low waveform distortion (THD), while the output waveform of induction type voltage regulators is prone to distortion.

Product Structure
The Yibaling core component of a three phase high-power voltage regulator is a voltage regulation body composed of a core and a self-coupled winding. The surface of the winding has a section of exposed conductive track.
By sliding a carbon brush on the conductive track, the number ratio of the turns can be changed, thereby achieving stepless voltage adjustment. The voltage regulator is usually equipped with a manual knob or an automatic control system driven by a servo motor.
Some high-end models adopt a contactless compensatory structure based on thyristors (SCR) or IGBTs to achieve faster speed and spark-free intelligent voltage regulation. The entire device is equipped with a steel frame and a protective housing, featuring a ventilation and cooling device and monitoring instruments.
The product also integrates multiple protection circuits such as overcurrent and overheating protection to ensure stable operation and operational safety under high-power conditions.
Operating Conditions
The standard operating environment for our three phase high-power voltage regulator must strictly adhere to the industrial design boundaries to ensure its long-term safety and performance. The standard applicable conditions are as follows: the ambient air temperature should be between -15℃ and +45℃.
Although it is designed for outdoor use, it should avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure and should have basic rain protection conditions. The installation location should not exceed an altitude of 1000 meters. If this limit is exceeded, the capacity should be reduced according to the correction factor.
In terms of air humidity, the maximum average relative humidity of the wettest month can reach 90%, but it must also be ensured that the monthly average minimum temperature of that month does not exceed 25℃ to prevent condensation on the surface.
The installation site should be clean, without conductive dust that seriously affects insulation, corrosive gases (such as sulfides, chlorine), oil mist, salt fog, or explosive media.
All of the above conditions together constitute the standard operating window of the three phase high-power voltage regulator. Any special usage conditions that exceed these conditions (such as extreme cold (<-15℃), high altitude (>1000 meters), high corrosion (coastal, chemical plants), strong vibration, or intermittent water splashing, etc.) are not within the coverage of the standard product. In such cases, the customer must conduct special technical negotiations with Yibaling in advance to customize the insulation materials, protection level (IP), cooling method, anti-corrosion coating, and structural strength, otherwise it may seriously affect the equipment lifespan and cause failures.
