Zhejiang Yibaling Power Supply Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Liushi Town, "China's Electrical Capital". It is a factory specializing in the production of single-phase isolation transformers.
Whether it is electrical engineers, equipment maintenance personnel or ordinary operators, they can all use our isolation transformers safely and conveniently.
The core principle behind the operation of a single-phase isolation transformer boils down to four words: “electromagnetic induction.”
To put it simply, imagine two people communicating by “passing notes.” The iron core (made of stacked silicon steel sheets with excellent magnetic permeability) acts like a board holding the notes. On either side of the board are two sheets of paper: one is the primary coil (connected to the power grid), and the other is the secondary coil (connected to your device). These two sheets are completely separated, with no wires directly connecting them.
When 220V AC enters the primary coil, the changing current is like someone writing on the paper. It doesn't directly transfer to the other paper, but it causes the entire iron core plate to generate a synchronously changing “magnetic field signal.” This changing magnetic field effectively transmits the ‘message’ across. Consequently, the secondary coil “senses” this change, inducing its own voltage and current to power the device.
Because energy is transmitted entirely through this magnetic field “across the air,” the input and output terminals are completely electrically isolated. The voltage level depends on whether the number of turns in the coils on both sides is the same; if it's 1:1, the voltage will be the same. It is precisely this invisible and intangible “magnetic field isolation wall” that prevents electric shock and blocks out much of the noise interference from the power grid.
In terms of materials, we use original high-precision core materials and high-quality all-copper windings. The multi-layer shielding structure can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference and noise, output pure power, greatly reduce the safety risks of electrical equipment, and effectively protect the safety of precision equipment and users.
At the same time, the wiring area of Yibaling single-phase isolation transformers adopts an independent partition design, and is equipped with an insulating protective cover and clear wiring labels in the wiring area, which can effectively prevent accidental electric shock and short circuit accidents.
Our products have passed the national compulsory certification (CCC), EU CE safety certification and ISO9001 quality management system certification, with reliable quality and export qualifications.
As a transformer manufacturing factory, we have been deeply engaged in the transformer field for many years.
The single-phase isolation transformer we manufacture adopts multi-level electromagnetic shielding technology, ensuring that the voltage accuracy is stable within ±1% range, and can operate stably in various power usage scenarios such as medical equipment, laboratory instruments, and industrial automation.
By choosing our product, we will ensure electrical safety through professional manufacturing and guarantee equipment operation with reliable quality.
The real security, however, lies in the details inside. We don't just set the transformer in the crate; we immobilize it. Custom-cut, high-density EPS foam is tightly packed between the unit and the crate walls, eliminating any possibility of shifting or abrasive contact during transit. For the ultimate lock-down, the transformer base is secured to the reinforced crate floor using heavy-duty anti-slip rubber mats and specialized fastening bolts, creating a unified, vibration-resistant block. This meticulous approach ensures your transformer arrives in the same condition it left our factory.
With over three years of hands-on experience in the transformer export business, we have developed an instinct for the exacting requirements of packaging and logistics. For every transformer we ship overseas, we build a fully enclosed wooden frame crate—this isn't just a box, but a rigid exoskeleton engineered to withstand the stresses of long-haul freight, including inevitable bumps, compressions, and the multiple lifts and transfers along the journey.
Q: What is a single-phase isolation transformer?
A: It is a specialized transformer that utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve electrical isolation between the input and output terminals.
Q: What are the advantages of a single-phase isolation transformer?
A: Its primary advantage is providing a safe power supply while filtering out most grid interference and noise for connected equipment.
Q: Are single-phase isolation transformers available in different voltages?
A: Certainly, they come in various input and output voltage configurations.
Q: What is the cooling method for the single-phase isolation transformers produced by your Yibaling factory?
A: The cooling method is dry-type self-cooling.
Q: Do you support ODM/OEM customization?
A: We support ODM/OEM customization. If you require customization, please contact our customer service representative: Lassie Chen to discuss the details.
Q: What is the standard service life of your transformer?
A: With proper usage and maintenance, our design service life is 30 years.
Q: How often should a single-phase isolation transformer undergo maintenance inspections?
A: Our factory recommends adjusting inspection intervals based on usage patterns and local environmental factors. Generally, we advise scheduling regular inspections every 6 months to 1 year.
Q: Can single-phase isolation transformers operate at altitudes of 2000m?
A: Yes, they can. However, due to thinner air, the transformer's heat dissipation capability will decrease. We recommend consulting with our Yibaling factory engineers if the operating environment is particularly extreme.
