The core uses high magnetic permeability cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets to ensure efficient and low-loss. Yibaling factory insists on using ≥99.95% pure T2 grade oxygen-free copper enamel wires. Many low-cost substitutes on the market use copper-clad aluminum wires or recycled copper wires, which have higher resistivity, poorer oxidation and fatigue resistance, and generate more heat during long-term operation, making them potential points of internal aging.

After winding, the coils will enter a vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) tank. In a vacuum environment, a H-class (180°C) solvent-free epoxy resin paint is used for thorough impregnation and high-temperature curing.

This process turns the coils into a moisture-proof, dust-proof, and vibration-proof whole, capable of resisting the oil mist and moisture erosion commonly found in machine tool workshops. Many low-cost processes only use ordinary dripping or even no impregnation, and the coils are loose, easily affected by the environment.

Between the primary (connected to the power grid) and secondary (connected to the control equipment) windings of the transformer, Yibaling's engineers have set up a double barrier.

First, there is enhanced insulation in accordance with international safety standards (such as using three-layer DMD composite insulation paper), ensuring that high voltage will not leak to the low-voltage side. On top of this, we also add a complete copper foil or copper strip shielding layer and ensures its reliable, single-point grounding.

In terms of climatic conditions, the ambient air temperature should be between -25°C and +40°C, and the maximum monthly average relative humidity of the wettest month can reach 90%.

However, it is necessary to ensure that the monthly average minimum temperature in this environment does not exceed +25°C to prevent harmful condensation on the equipment surface.

In terms of physical and chemical environments, the installation location should be free from severe vibration and impact, and it should not be installed near strong vibration sources such as presses or forging hammers; at the same time, the place where it is located must have no explosion hazards, and the air must not contain strong corrosive gases (such as chlorine, hydrogen sulfide) or conductive dust (such as metal dust, coal dust) that can corrode metals or damage insulation. 

In terms of protection conditions, the JMB transformer must be installed indoors or in an outdoor location that can completely shield against rain and snow intrusion. Even if it has a certain level of protection, it must not be exposed to direct rain or immersion for a long time.
