This product, unlike the electronic type which achieves rapid switching through power devices, adopts a core structure of servo motor drive carbon brush + voltage regulator, achieving smooth, stable and reliable voltage correction.
Its working principle is straightforward and efficient:
Once a deviation is detected, the Voltage Stabilizer Regulator instructs the servo motor to precisely move the carbon brush to the position on the ring-type auto-transformer winding. It continuously changes the turns ratio of the compensation winding to inject or cancel the missing/excessive voltage in real time, thereby stabilizing the input voltage with a fluctuation range of ±15% to a high-precision output within ±1%.

The carbon brush rotates on the ring-shaped winding of a self-coupling transformer with high-purity oxygen-free copper wire as the core and high magnetic permeability silicon steel sheet as the core.
