Unlike a single function of either step up or step down, the SG step up and step down transformer achieves bidirectional, wide-range, and high-precision voltage adaptation through precise electromagnetic design and modular structure.

The transformer can significantly increase the voltage output from generators (such as 10kV) to ultra-high voltage levels (above 110kV) to reduce line losses in long-distance power transmission.

The product can precisely set the winding ratio (such as 1:2 for step-up or 2:1 for step-down) to strictly match the voltage requirements of different systems.
At the same time, the multi-stage tap design of the SG step up and step down transformer enables it to adapt to grid voltage fluctuations in real time or be compatible with various international voltage standards (e.g., meeting the voltage adaptation requirements for export equipment from 380V to 480V).

The SG step up and step down transformer uses high magnetic permeability, low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheets as the core, combined with vacuum impregnation and multi-layer insulation processing techniques.
