How does the JMB lighting control transformer ensure safety? 

The key lies in the turns ratio of the coils inside the transformer. A simple calculation shows that if the input is 220V and a safe voltage of 12V is desired, the turns ratio of the primary and secondary coils should be approximately 18.3 to 1. 

Through this precise electromagnetic conversion, the transformer can transform the dangerous mains voltage into absolutely safe extra-low voltages of 12V, 24V or 36V. In damp factory floors, near metal equipment or in inspection wells, even if someone accidentally touches the wires, the current flowing through the body is extremely small, eliminating the risk of electric shock from a physical principle perspective.

The stability is ensured by the "core" and "winding method". We use toroidal or EI-shaped cores with very low leakage flux, and with a reasonable winding arrangement, it can keep the output voltage fluctuation within 5% when the grid voltage fluctuates by 15%. 

This specification is crucial for lamps, especially the current mainstream LED lamps - too high a voltage and the lamp beads will burn out instantly; a consistently low voltage will cause the lamp to flicker and the light to dim. With the support, the lifespan of the lamp is naturally prolonged.

The JMB lighting control transformer also has an invisible ability: anti-interference. The coils themselves act like a natural "filter", absorbing a large portion of the sudden voltage spikes and surges from the grid. This provides a clean and stable "food supply" for the delicate LED driver power supply or electronic ballast behind it, ensuring that the light does not flicker and there is no current noise.

When it comes to installation, we have designed wall mounting holes and hanging holes for the JMB lighting control transformer. It can be securely fixed with just a few screws on the side of the distribution box or on the equipment rack.

The terminals on both sides use spring or screw compression types, allowing even thick working cables to be connected reliably and conveniently. The board also has a clear wiring diagram printed on it, which an electrician can understand at a glance and connect properly in just a few minutes, saving time and avoiding mistakes.
