Through the primary and secondary windings that are physically isolated, the direct electrical connection between the input side (power grid) and the output side (load) is completely cut off.

The design effectively prevents faults such as leakage current from the power grid side and ground potential rise from being transmitted to the load side, providing fundamental safety protection for personnel and equipment.

1. Confirmation Metrics

The entire customization process begins with the extreme quantification of load characteristics, electromagnetic environment, and performance indicators (such as clearly defining the common-mode attenuation to be ≥ 100 dB @ 1 MHz), and a legally binding "Customization Technical Specification" is formed.

2. Collaborative Design and Simulation Verification

Subsequently, it enters the collaborative design and simulation verification stager, conducting collaborative simulations of electromagnetic, thermal, mechanical, and EMC based on the specification, and crucially locking in the core materials:

For instance, to achieve the ultimate low loss, the iron core is specified to use ultra-thin nanocrystalline strip materials or 27ZH095 grade silicon steel sheets.

To suppress high-frequency loss, the windings use Leeds wire or super-grade oxygen-free copper foil; the insulation system is specified to be a composite of polyimide film and Nomex paper, and is achieved through vacuum pressure impregnation of solvent-free epoxy resin for integrated packaging.

4. Trial Production and Testing

Subsequently, the prototype will be fabricated, and full-condition real-world testing verification must be conducted at the customer's site or simulation laboratory.

Finally, based on the verified scheme, small-scale production will be carried out, and each SBK isolation transformer must pass the full-item factory test designed according to the specification (such as special noise attenuation testing), along with all the core materials  certification report and process records.
