Zhejiang Yibaling Power Equipment Co., Ltd. began a manufacturer and supplier of SG auto-transformers as early as 10 years ago. Over the years, the engineers at Yibaling have continuously improved the products based on the actual needs provided by customers. As of now, our sales market has expanded to countries such as Europe, and has covered most of the markets in Southeast Asia.

As a professional manufacturer, Yibaling can offer high quality SG Auto-transformers. Unlike isolation transformers, its primary and secondary coils share a common winding.

The cleverness of this design lies in being able to create a larger capacity using the same material, or to make something lighter with the same capacity.

 

The SG Auto-transformers handled by Yibaling Factory all have iron cores made of Wuhan Iron and Steel or equivalent levels of cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, and the windings are made of extremely soft copper wire.

This is done solely to minimize the load loss and no-load current. The tap adjustment is specially well-designed, and the contact surfaces of the carbon brushes have been specially treated to prevent the common sparking and overheating problems seen in products from small factories.

It uses high-quality silicon steel sheets and special soft copper wires, combined with an optimized brush contact system, ensures stable voltage output, rapid response (micro-adjustment in milliseconds) and pure waveform (distortion rate ≤ 3%) from motor speed regulation to lighting adjustment.

 

3. Stable Operation

The fully enclosed structure and high-temperature-resistant insulating materials enable the SG auto-transformer to operate stably and continuously in industrial environments below 45℃.

The multi-tap and modular design also support flexible customization and can be easily upgraded to an automatic voltage stabilizing system.

 

It is particularly important to note that all the advantages are based on the non-isolation feature. Therefore, it is absolutely not replaceable by isolation transformers for safety protection purposes.

For applications such as motor soft start-stop, production line voltage adaptation, equipment aging testing and lighting dimming, this product is suitable to use.
